About Us

Playmat’s founder, a travel-loving parent of three young explorers (ages 6 to 14), created the brand out of necessity. While staying in top-notch hotels worldwide, she realized the need for screen-free entertainment to keep kids engaged. With three children, it became essential to bring or create activities that didn’t rely on screens, now widely known to be harmful to kids. These experiences led to the creation of Playmat.
